Janab Mohamed Essack Ismail Sait passed away on 5th March 2015. May Allah grant him the peace and comfort of Jannah, and the berived members of the family the strength to bear the loss.

 

Marhum Essack Sait belongs to the Alummodu family of Alleppey. Essack Sait and his brothers late Zakria Sait, Late Habeeb Sait and Dos Mohamed Sait migrated to Kochi in the 1960s while his

other brothers Late Ayoob Ismail Sait, Late Ramjoo Sait and Late Cassim Sait remained in Alappuzha till their death. Sabira Bai, wife of Hussain Sait, Coimbatore is his surviving sister, and Dos Mohamed Sait the only surviving brother from among 11 childeren , 7 male and 4 female, of Ismail Abdul Sathar Sait. The Alummodu family conducted business under the style "Bharat Gum Company".
